The coach works with an intact team to support them in many possible ways – e.g. clarifying priorities, understanding & developing the team dynamic, managing conflict, maximising the contribution of each member, improving communications, enhancing innovation etc.
Employees come together in groups of 6-8 over a period of several months to present their work challenges, reflect on them and then take action which they learn from. The group offers support, observation and a structure to work things through.
