Executive Coaching

Standard coaching programmes
One-to-one coaching to grow key talent . Programmes are typically 6-12 months. Executive Coaching supports individuals with:
  • Personal change (e.g. confidence, impact, influencing, conflict)
  • A specific role or situation (e.g. on-boarding, business growth, return from maternity, succession planning, feeling overwhelmed with work)
Coaching Clinics
As above, but the coach works with up to 4 individuals in pre-booked slots across a day. Coachees typically have 1-3 sessions. Since costs are lower per session than a standard programme, this enables several individuals to receive 1:1 support within a manageable budget

Group programmes

Team coaching 
The coach works with an intact team to support them in many possible ways – e.g. clarifying priorities, understanding & developing the team dynamic, managing conflict, maximising the contribution of each member, improving communications, enhancing innovation etc.

Action-learning
Employees come together in groups of 6-8 over a period of several months to present their work challenges, reflect on them and then take action which they learn from. The group offers support, observation and a structure to work things through. Valuable if you have a group who could benefit from improving problem solving, or you wish to support  employees with day-to-day challenges?
